You will be RESPONSIBLE FOR assuring the quality and processes of the region’s customer service by developing new ways of working, implementing new technologies, leading the constant change but also budgeting and managing your team through team-leads daily.
Requirements
You HAVE a university degree, excellent English and experience in leading international teams. You are familiar with customer service process and have an excellent cultural understanding and experience in working with Scandinavian Countries.
