Customer Service Department Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person to support our team in daily customer service tasks and internal processes. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with data and documents, communicates easily with different people, and wants to grow together with the company.

• Fluent  English, Russian and Estonian;

• Confident computer skills, including email, planning tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel);

• Ability to work with data, spreadsheets and documents;

• Attention to detail, responsibility and good communication skills;

• Willingness to learn, develop and take part in various tasks together with the team to support the company’s growth.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting sales operations and customer service;

• Handling customer inquiries;

• Assisting with administration and maintaining the company’s electronic systems;

• Analyzing sales and customer data and preparing reports to improve team performance.

• Working hours: 08:00–16:30
