Customer Focus Manager

Job Description

Drive sales and identify new sales opportunities for HANZA Mechanics Narva.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and project management.
Lead customer activities like site visits, meetings and follow-ups.
Manage your own customer portfolio of key accounts.
Work with Cluster Baltic leadership team to ensure strategic alignment for business development goals.

Requirements

Good experience in B2B sales for both existing and new customers.
Have a technical background with experience in Industry and mechanics.
Are an open and proactive communicator and have a good understanding of customer needs.
Understand business processes and are driven by delivering results.
Are willing to travel between Baltic Cluster sites 1-2 days per week.
Can communicate fluently in both spoken and written English and Russian.
Enjoy working independently and taking responsibility.
