• Manage segmentations, updates, duplicates cleaning and general data integrity.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns based on subject lines, send time etc. from segmentation to evaluation of tests.
• Produce monthly reports for CRM KPIs.
• Assist with management of other digital software.
• Main contact with our helpdesk team and responsible of issue tracking and reporting of technical issues to headquarters.
Requirements
• You have numerical and analytical skills.
• You are able to multitask in fast pace environment.
• Strong operator of the office package, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience of SAP marketing Cloud (Hybris) would be an advantage.
• You are flexible and willing to learn and work hands-on with a variety of tasks. You have a “can do” attitude, like to make things happen in a solution-oriented way.
• You are fluent in English.
