Job Description
We are looking for a CI Champion to join our team and help us shape the future of food and beverages. You will be based in Saue, Estonia and report to the Factory Manager and be part of Factory Leadership team.
Your role in the blend
As CI Champion, you increase efficiency and reduce cost in all our processes by using Lean principles and methods as well as other CI tools in the whole supply chain and drive organisation towards Operational Excellence.
In this role, you will:
- develop and implement continuous improvement projects and policies
- support Saue site with CI projects
- identify process improvement opportunities and lead process improvement projects
- ensure organizational development and empower staff by providing necessary training, succession planning and support
- support Product Development, Sourcing and Saue factory to ensure successful product launches.
Your key ingredients
As a CI Champion, you are strong at delivering results and managing change, efficient at supporting Saue factory managers, collaborating with CI Champions and project teams internationally. You are proactive, result-driven and improvement-oriented and have good people skills. You have collaborative and supportive mindset and experience in leading task-oriented teams.
To succeed in this role, you likely have:
- master/bachelor degree in relevant disciplines
- Lean management practical experience
- project management experience
- proficiency in MS Office
- fluency in English and Estonian
