Commerce Specialist
Commerce Specialist is responsible for day to day operations of Bolt payments platform. This involves monitoring KPIs, troubleshooting payment/fraud and billing issues, screening patterns, supporting customer support on escalations and making sure the platform is running efficiently at all times.
Your daily adventures will include:
- Monitor and analyse payment/ fraud and billing metrics
- Troubleshoot transactional issues
- Screen for new issue patterns
- Support new product/market launches
- Support customer support and city teams on escalations, training and documenting
- Convert feedback into development tasks with clear business case
Requirements
We are looking for:
- Experience with online payments, fraud, finance or other fintech services
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Passion for numbers and puzzles
- Good SQL skills
- Good English and communication skills
You will get extra credits for:
- Experience with Python to automate repetitive tasks
