Commerce Assistant

GET READY TO: 

• Work hand in hand with Category manager on partnership with suppliers; 

• Get to know our assortment fast and well;  

• Be responsible for technical part of products documentation: coordinate the correction of inaccurate documents and collect various forms from suppliers;  

• Invite suppliers to participate in promotions, coordinate the returns and sales, communicate about compensations and products price adjustments; 

• Manage products information in our systems (Navision Product Information Management System): create new product and gift cards, manage information filled in by suppliers. 

• At least 1 years of similar experience in Commerce, E-Commerce or Supply chain; 

• Perfect communication skills with different internal and external partners; 

• Fluency in both Estonian and English, and you get a big advantage for your Russian skills; 

• The knowhow of working with IT systems (experience with Navision is also a big advantage) and ability to manage large data flow in Excel; 

• Already developed time management skills; 

• Proactivity, energy, responsibility and a great sense of teamwork.
