What will you be doing?
• Providing technical support
• Planning and organising webinars & online trainings for clients
• Updating the support portal and creating tutorials about new system features
• Creating newsletter content about system changes and new features
• Consulting student admission offices regarding their process
Requirements
• You have an analytical mind
• You speak excellent written and spoken English as a working language
• You’re a team player, but you are able to work on your own initiative
• You are an open communicator
• You have international study or work experience
• You have been involved in the higher education or customer support/consultancy field
