• Preparation and cooking of Japanese dishes according to company standards

• Daily food preparation and kitchen organization

• Ensuring food quality and presentation standards are maintained

• Following food safety and hygiene regulations

• Assisting with stock control and inventory management

• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Keeping the kitchen clean and organized

Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good communication skills

• English language skills for daily communication

• Interest in Japanese cuisine and food culture

• Experience with Asian cuisine is an advantage but not required
