Bar Manager

• Supporting the COO (Chief Operating Officer) to run the whole business smoothly.
• Handling Customer Relationships.
• Getting the best out of the colleagues.
• Supporting management to make business-related decisions.
• Supporting colleagues with daily work when required.
• Preparing the work schedule for the team members when required.
• Handling the administrative tasks in COO’s absence.
• Bringing in new ideas to attract customers.

• Fluent in spoken English. Native Estonian speaker, communicative in Russian.
• Pleasant personality.
• Team handling capacity and minimum 1 year’s proven experience.
• Experience in Bar. Experience in Shisha/Hookah lounge will be considered as advantage.
• Food and drink handling certificate.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: Hourly Gross 7.5 to 8.5 € depending on the experience and capacity

Work Hours: Most probably 16.00 to 00.00
