Your responsibilities
1. Business & Technical Analysis
a. Work with stakeholders to define and document clear business case, needs and problems, business solution, functional and non-functional requirements, and success metrics.
b. Develop and maintain process models (e.g., BPMN) and system diagrams to support analysis and solution design.
c. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
2. Community Engagement
a. Represent DPD Baltics business analysis functional area in appropriate Geopost communities.
b. Represent DPD Baltics interests, participate in community initiatives.
3. User Support & Training
a. Prepare and deliver clear documentation, presentations, and training materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer to IT support teams, business users, and other stakeholders.
4. Collaboration
a. Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
b. Contribute to project planning, estimation, and prioritisation.
c. Support solution design, testing, and deployment phases.
d. Collaborate with project managers, architects, business and technical service owners, and 3rd party services providers to ensure business requirements are correctly implemented.
5. Continuous Improvement
a. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
b. Stay informed about emerging technologies, logistics innovations, and business analysis trends.
c. Promote data-driven decision making.
d. Continuous improvement of business analysis service quality and KPIʼs
Our requirements
- Higher Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business and systems analysis, design, and documentation.
- Experience in stakeholders' engagement and representation.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to details.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in a language understandable to business, technical team and customers.
- Ability to work independently and within the cross-functional and business units' teams.
- Knowledge of analysis related tools, frameworks, standard modeling languages, e.g., BPML, UML.
- Excellent English knowledge (oral and written).
- “I Can” attitude.
