Active search for trading partners: calls, visits to potential partners, relationship management;
Negotiations, signing agreements with trading partners;
Setting sales targets for partners and supporting them in achieving targets;
Communication regarding operations with trading partners on daily basis: providing assistance through company‘s internal systems and tools, onboarding;
Constant improvement of operations and processes of the newly created sales unit.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in direct sales/worke experience as product manager/sales manager in trading company;
You set yourself ambitious goals and enjoy working in a dynamic environment;
Analytic and proactive mindset and result oriented;
Estonian and English is a must (written and spoken), knowledge of Russian gives you an advantage;
Have a driver‘s licence and are a true sales person at heart- we are waiting for you to apply!;
University degree or higher education.
