• Book air stage in Amadeus according to the Air, Voyage and Tour stages created by reservation and placed on unconfirmed stages task list
• Monitor ticketing queues in Amadeus and adjust bookings accordingly with contracted fare rules
• Monitor schedule change queues and update bookings as necessary
• Cancel bookings in Amadeus
• Answer agents email
• Reading and understanding contract conditions
• Manually storing of contract and group fares (continental and intercontinental)
• Ticketing (individual and groups), reissues and refunds
• Monitor release and penalty dates of allotments and advise product department accordingly
• Keep up to date with contract fare rules and fare updates
• Book, ticket, reissue, refund crew travel requests (air, cars, hotels)
Requirements
• excellent knowledge of Amadeus
• at least 2 years experience in airline reservations, ticketing and procedures
• good written and verbal English language skills
• desire to provide good customer service, good communication skills
• ability to multitask and prioritize work items for individual and within the team
• cooperative and a dedicated team player, also able to work independently
• positive attitude
