- Taking care of all aspects of affiliate program, from technical health to visual representation.
- Managing entire affiliate departments P&L.
- Developing and maintaining the direct affiliation network.
- Implement initiatives that enhance affiliates and partners productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI.
- Optimise existing programs and deals, checking quality of the recruitment.
- Monitor and analyse results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports (to identify strong and weak areas, and to help underachievers improve).
- Create, implement and track affiliate campaigns.
- Attend and generate business at relevant industry events throughout the year.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in online affiliate marketing.
- Deep knowledge of online gaming industry OR other e-commerce industry (understanding of principles and ability to set KPIs).
- Experience with online tracking/reporting tools.
- Experience with online lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Fluent in English.
