We are now looking for an administrative assistant who could help bring order to the busy, and sometimes chaotic startup environment. We are looking for a person who has experience with payroll and technical administrative areas and who could help to improve the administrative procedures of the company with his/her experience. He /she will help the team to adopt new software and working methods.
The work also includes travel and hotel bookings, directors’ calendars, taking care of receipts and payments, organizing and attending to meetings, as well as taking care of the necessary follow up of the meetings.
There will be a trial period of 3 months.
Requirements
The person we are looking has minimum 3 years of work experience in administrative/secretary position. He/she is organized, flexible, able to work in a hectic environment and is willing to work with a remote team. Native/fluent English level and good command of Estonian is required.
