Your main role is monitoring and managing a portfolio of B2B clients and ensuring that customers pay according to their agreed credit terms, communicating with customers via phone and e-mail to procure short-term and long-term solutions to payment issues, cooperate with internal and external parties to resolve and prevent problems, monitor and escalate delinquent payers, assist management in decision-making about credit granted to customers and balancing risk of bad debt against potential rewards.
Requirements
To be successful you need to be result oriented, creative in problem solving and have excellent communication skills in English and one of the following languages: Italian, Flemish or Dutch (fluency in written and verbal), computer literacy (MS Office/Excel) is essential. You fit to the team if you have a positive mind-set and willingness to learn and go an extra mile. You have a good understanding of financial responsibility and are looking for an exciting and fast-paced work environment. An Estonian or EU citizenship or a residence permit valid until 2022 at least is a prerequisite.
