Manage, retain and maximise the acquisition potential of existing affiliates
Actively seek and recruit new affiliates in key markets in order to expand the programme
Motivating existing affiliates to optimize performance
Increase existing portfolio with new performing campaigns on a monthly basis in accordance with target, budget and profit margin set
Plan, execute, optimise and report on media campaigns and affiliate performance
Create and implement online advertising campaigns
Complete weekly and monthly reports
Provide a high standard and efficient service to our clients
Requirements
Ability to build strong relationships with third parties and grow the client portfolio.
Strong analytical skills. Excellent ability to analyse data, performance of accounts and campaigns
Sales mentality, focused on acquiring new business and driving operations to optimize value and profitability
Excellent written and spoken English proficiencies
Previous sales/account management experience is a benefit, however, we are looking for an enigmatic and driven individual who matches our team dynamics and has the ability to grow within the team.
