keeping the agenda, organising and coordinating appointments/meetings for the Planning and Corporate Affairs Sector;
analysing possible standards or methodologies for sustainability reporting, updating the relevant templates and workflows;
drafting the Annual Corporate Management Plan;
updating documents, processes and procedures;
preparing presentations, drafting notes, letters and minutes;
designing and modifying Power BI reports;
liaising with other Units to exchange information.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
a level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma;
minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, of which minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field;
fluent English;
previous experience with the following tools and documents: Microsoft Office and SharePoint, Microsoft Project, EMAS, GRI standards, other sustainability standards, SPD and CAAR templates and instructions as provided by the Commission, eu-LISA’s financial rules, Anaplan, Power BI, Multiannual Financial Framework;
ability to work under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment;
supportive and helpful personality, with co-operative and service-oriented attitude;
good communication and interpersonal skills;
ability to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment.
