· Sourcing and processing of spare parts / stores requisitions for vessels
· Arranging deliveries to vessels
· Placing orders, coordination of technical details with the supplier, vessel and other parties involved
· Managing database and excel files
· Assist the department head in preparing the necessary reports.
· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply chain management, or a related field
· At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a marine business or related industry
· Proficiency in using procurement software and tools to track and manage purchasing activities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Detail-oriented and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in English, both orally and in writing
· Proficiency in Estonian and Russian at the level of communication
· Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
