Join our growing team as a NPI Project Manager!

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving success in the world of demanding electromechanical device projects? Look no further - we're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our innovative team at Innokas.

As a NPI Project Manager at Innokas, you will be responsible for the successful production ramp-up of new products. In this role, you will be planning, managing, coordinating, and financially controlling these projects.

 

Main Tasks:

  • Project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Management and control of projects in compliance with agreed processes
  • Regular project status reviews with the team
  • Cost management and project invoicing
  • Contribute to the improvement of project management processes, tools, and development
  • Analyze and report lessons learned for continuous growth
  • Document and report project costs, quality, and schedule
  • Engage in seamless communication with the management group, engineers, stakeholders, and customers, also internationally

Requirements

Ideally, you have:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in project management and understanding of the activities needed to successfully complete projects in electronics devices manufacturing
  • Your educational background in M.Sc./B.Sc. from a suitable field (Mechanics and/or Electronics)
  • Effective communication abilities and people leadership skills
  • Proficient in Estonian and English; knowledge of other languages (especially Finnish, other Nordic language or Russian language) is an advantage
