Keeping all marketplaces up to date (PartsBase, ILS, Skyselect, Satair Marketplace and others).
Resolving customer complaints.
Supporting sales processes by distributing necessary documentation to customers (certificates, KYC, AWB and others).
Communication with suppliers to get the best purchasing price in order to maximize sales profit.
Preparing sales quotations during high demand times.
Assisting in market research and sales statistics.
Requirements
At least secondary education.
Higher education in business management or a related field is advantageous.
Experience in administration and high-volume office work.
Knowledge of using basic computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent English language skills.
Friendly and engaging personality.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask.
