Regularly discusses ideas and issues with Operations Leads to improve efficiency of document verification

Work towards and achieve ambitious goals to ensure Bolt offers the best in market driver experience for document verification and renewals

Report to Operations Manager and feed back improvements and areas of concern

People management experience

Experience in compliance or document verification

Proficiency in Excel and data analysis

Excellent spoken and written English
