We are looking for an EHS Coordinator interested in a permanent role based in Järvakandi.
EHS coordinator will help to identify improvements within the company's Environmental, Health & Safety or Risk Management performance. The candidate would develop and implement plans to achieve these improvements and will be the point of contact for all Environment, Health & Safety and Risk Management issues.
The Responsibilities:
- To identify legal and corporate compliance issues within facility
- To advise facility of their legal obligations and support Regional EHS Managers to develop tailored compliance strategies with them
- To identify and implement programmes to improve EHS performance within financial / operational justification (e.g. Reduced utility costs, reduced insurance costs, Safer working environment).
- To ensure there is an established and active EHS Management System which meets all specific local requirements
- To establish / maintain ISO14001 status at facility
- To develop and execute training programmes
Requirements
Previous experience within EHS management
EHS law knowledge
Estonian Language (English at communicative level)
Good communication skills (Someone who will be able to explain technical things clearly to the rest of the staff)
