Systems and Infrastructure Administrator

As an outsourcing and outstaffing company, we are solving complex operational, technological, and strategic challenges.We are looking for a Systems and Infrastructure Administrator to take ownership of our corporate IT environment, manage on-prem and cloud infrastructure, and ensure the high availability and security of internal IT services. This role is designed for a professional ready to manage internal servers, network architecture, and advanced enterprise systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize corporate on-prem infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File/Print services).
• Manage Microsoft 365 cloud environment, including Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, and security configurations.
• Configure and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, VLANs, and VPNs).
• Implement and enforce internal IT security policies, system updates, and endpoint management using RMM/EDR tools.
• Automate routine system administration tasks through PowerShell scripting.
• Supervise hardware lifecycle, internal IT asset management, and technical documentation updates.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues that require deep infrastructure troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in System Administration or Infrastructure Support in a corporate environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server architecture, Active Directory management, and Group Policies (GPO).
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and cloud identity management.
• Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, firewalls, DHCP/DNS).
• Proficiency in PowerShell for system automation and task scripting.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) for vendor management and documentation. Estonian and/or Russian at a working level.
• Category B driving license.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with hardware virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Familiarity with network hardware from vendors like UniFi, Cisco, or Fortinet.
• Experience with modern meeting room management infrastructure.
