Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Using extensive technical knowledge when suggesting and validating technical solutions for partners and clients.
- Responding to client inquiries and providing technical support via e-mail, chat, or phone.
- Improving technical support processes that will lead to excellent customer experience.
- Participating in communication with potential partners and clients as a technical expert.
Requirements
Skills you require·
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation and/or IoT/IIoT support, implementation and management.
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, running queries, making queries over many tables).
- Passion for electronics, industrial automation, and Lean manufacturing.
- Ability to lead technical conversations in English.
- Team player with agility and problem-solving capabilities, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow.
- You will get bonus points for a basic understanding of one programming language (Python or Java, ideally) and a degree in a technology-related field.
