Join our dynamic international IT team as a Software Developer – IAS and play a key role in connecting critical systems across the organization. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize robust integration solutions that enable seamless collaboration between applications, business units, and product teams.You’ll work with modern technologies in a collaborative environment where innovation, quality, and continuous improvement drive everything we do.

How you create impact

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and IT teams to identify integration needs and recommend scalable solutions.
• Design, implement, test, and deploy reliable integration services aligned with business and technical standards.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and integration practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Provide expert-level (3rd line) support and consultation for integration solutions and system issues.
• Contribute to the evolution of integration architecture while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with high ownership and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Expertise in SQL databases, messaging systems (queues/streams), object storage, and ideally cloud platforms like AWS.
• Solid experience across the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Kotlin, Java, and Python, along with version control tools like Git.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean architecture, and integration best practices, along with excellent English communication skills.
