The User Interface (UI) cross functional team is a part of Channel Experience & Governance unit and are supporting other value streams and cross functional teams with user interface components. We are responsible for the user interface development and maintenance of the internet banks in Sweden and the Baltics. We work closely with the UX design team, other cross functional teams and Agile Product Owners with the aim to constantly improve the digital experience for our customers in the digital channels.
Our delivery is visible to millions of Swedish and Baltic customers.
You will be working with colleagues from both Sweden and the Baltic countries. You are our missing piece if...
... you have deep interest and passion for front end development & technology. You need to have an understanding of web development principles, newest technological possibilities and different platforms with the ability to produce responsive solutions. It's an advantage if you have experience of TDD (test-driven development), API-driven development and working with accessibility.
We are looking for someone with broad technical skills and experience from mixed technical environments (3+ years as a Frontend Developer), good understanding of computer science, fluent in English and who wishes to work in a strong, international organization.
You will fit right in the team, if you are eager to share your knowledge and learn from colleagues, you take initiative, learn fast, drive work together with your team members and have experience in agile way of working. High motivation, proactive mentality, strong problem solving and argumentation skills are also important.
