SITE MANAGER

Organization of day-to-day operations of the production unit in accordance with the approved process flow
Development, implementation, and optimization of technological processes
Continuous optimization of production efficiency and workflows
Budget planning and control of budget execution
Monitoring compliance with internal instructions
Solving technical issues arising during production.

At least 1 year of experience in a middle management position (department manager, site manager, business unit manager, etc.)
More than 3 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment in mechanical engineering or related industries (ship repair, shipbuilding)
English proficiency at a conversational level, as well as Russian
Higher technical education (preferred)
Strong understanding of process management principles, experience in budget planning and budget control
Professional expertise, for example, knowledge of surface treatment technologies and subsequent painting processes
Proactivity, independence, structured approach, and people management skills.
