Good experience in B2B sales for both existing and new customers
Have a technical background with experience in Industry and mechanics
Are an open and proactive communicator
Understand business processes and are driven by delivering results
Are willing to travel between Baltic Cluster sites 2 days per week
Can communicate fluently in both spoken and written English and Russian
