Job Description

A Sales Manager represents the hotel and develops market segments and customer relationships while consistently striving to maximize revenue in rooms, conference & events and food & beverage.
As Sales Manager at Hilton Tallinn Park, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
 Prospecting and researching market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads and open new relationships
 Understanding guests’ needs and driving business into the hotel to increase market share
 Actively presenting the hotel, negotiating agreements & contracting according to business strategy and pricing conditions
 Asking for and obtaining commitments to close leads and maintain key relationships
 Attending sales events, roadshows, industry workshops and trade fairs as required
 Supporting the development and promotion of creative marketing campaigns
 Cooperating with other departments to create an exceptional Guest experience

Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following mind-set elements and skill-set:
 Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
 Self-discipline, positive mental attitude and desire to help others
 Competitive, resourceful and proactive value creator
 Fluency in Estonian and English - written and spoken
 Sales experience is an advantage (not a requirement)
 Russian language skills are an advantage (not a requirement)
