Job Description
Stenhus Restaurant at Schlössle Hotel Tallinn is looking for a passionate, service-oriented, and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our daily restaurant operations and continue delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Located within the Michelin Key awarded Schlössle Hotel Tallinn, Stenhus is a unique fine dining destination set in a historic medieval atmosphere in the heart of Tallinn Old Town.
As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service, hospitality, and operational excellence expected from a luxury boutique hotel and internationally recognized restaurant environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or fine dining service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Passion for guest service and creating memorable dining experiences
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent Estonian and English are mandatory
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage
- Good understanding of food, wine, and high-level service standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Experience within luxury hospitality or boutique hotels is considered a strong advantage
