Opening Summer 2026, Eha Retreat is a luxury wellness retreat where treatments are part of a deeper guest journey — not high-volume spa work. 

We’re looking for an experienced, multi-skilled Treatment Therapist to join our founding team and help deliver a calm, high-quality, and deeply personalised wellness experience. 

You’ll deliver treatments as part of a carefully designed rereat rhythm, working with the same guests throughout their stay. 

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role where your presence, care, and professionalism are just as important as your technical skill. 

You’ll also contribute to the wider retreat experience — supporting wellness spaces, guest activities, and overall flow.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Delivering facials, body treatments, and massage to a high standard 
• Adapting treatments to individual guest needs and retreat goals 
• Supporting wellness and recovery spaces 
• Maintaining treatment rooms, hygiene, and operational standards 
• Contributing to the wider guest experience alongside the team 

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Is qualified in at least one core modality (facials, body or massage) 
• Has experience in a spa, retreat, or therapeutic environment 
• Is confident working across multiple treatment types 
• Brings a calm, grounded, and professional presence 
• Values quality, care, and meaningful guest interaction
