Project manager

Planning, organizing, and managing production projects through all stages
Coordinating the work of different departments (production, procurement, logistics, quality, etc.)
Ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements are met
Working with technical documentation and implementing new solutions
Preparing project reports and communicating with clients and subcontractors
Conducting risk analysis and solving operational issues

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Power Electronics
Experience in project management
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
Good command of English, Estonian and Russian
Strong organizational skills, independence, and a sense of responsibility
