What You’ll Do:

  • Build and grow meaningful relationships that help partners thrive and achieve their goals.
  • Identify and create new partnership opportunities.
  • Resolve partner challenges with professionalism and care, turning issues into opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to amplify the results of every partnership.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to explore new opportunities.

What’s Important to Us:

  • Experience in sales management, partnership development, or account management is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and confidence in managing multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset – energetic, motivated, and focused on achieving results.
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel for international exhibitions and conferences.
