About RankSector

RankSector is an automated SEO growth platform. Customers connect their website and we help drive organic growth through:

  • Ongoing keyword research
  • SEO-focused content creation
  • Auto-publishing to CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and others)
  • Backlink acquisition through our partner/publisher network and outreach processes

We’ve spent the last ~9 months building the product and we’re launching in the coming weeks. This role exists to build a repeatable partnerships engine that produces recurring customers.

Why This Role Exists

We’ve already built the infrastructure. You’ll walk into 10,000+ agency leads, 100+ curated newsletter contacts, outreach tooling, email sequencing, and a product that sells itself once someone sees a demo.

Setting up outreach takes minutes. Writing good messages is easy with AI. Running a demo isn’t rocket science.

What we don’t have is someone who owns the number. Someone who wakes up, checks the pipeline, follows up without being asked, books the demo, closes the deal, onboards the partner, and makes sure they stay active, every single day.

The value of this role isn’t any one skill. It’s full ownership of three channels, with zero hand-holding. If you need to be told what to do next, this isn’t the role.

What You’ll Own

You’ll own partnerships across three avenues. Primary focus is Agency / white-label partnerships; newsletters + creators support awareness and distribution.

1. Agency / White-Label Partnerships (Primary)

You’ll work a provided list of 10,000+ agencies and identify teams selling SEO, content, growth, or “AI search” visibility. You will:

  • Segment + prioritize agencies (size, offer, niche, pain points)
  • Personalize outreach from real signals (services pages, positioning, case studies)
  • Run discovery + demos, handle objections, close agreements
  • Onboard agencies so they can resell RankSector successfully
  • Keep partners active and expanding (enablement + follow-ups + quarterly check-ins)

This is consultative B2B sales with longer cycles and the highest LTV.

2. Newsletter Partnerships (Secondary)

You’ll work a curated list of 100+ newsletters and expand it over time. You will:

  • Identify the right placement type (tools/partners/sponsors/quick picks)
  • Pitch with clean positioning + tracking links
  • Coordinate scheduling, copy, and logistics
  • Track results and iterate on what converts

Newsletters close fastest and create social proof for the other two channels.

3. Creator / LinkedIn Partnerships (Secondary)

You’ll run targeted outreach to founders/operators/marketers (5k–50k followers) who post about SEO, growth, AI search, and entrepreneurship.

We provide tooling and systems, but we do not require you to use your personal LinkedIn profile. Outreach can run through a RankSector-controlled profile / company page motion (or another approach we agree on), with your judgment on messaging.

What We Provide

  • Lead lists: 10,000+ agencies, 100+ newsletters, and ongoing list refresh
  • Outreach infrastructure: sequencing + templates + tracking links
  • Product materials: demo flow, positioning, partner offer structure, FAQ/objection bank
  • Clear pipeline stages + lightweight CRM/Sheet format
  • Direct access to founders for fast approvals, pricing exceptions, and product answers

AI helps with speed. Your edge is judgment: positioning, qualification, follow-up discipline, and closing.

What “Good” Looks Like

We evaluate you on pipeline quality and revenue outcomes, not vanity metrics. What we care about most:

  • Response speed & quality: same-day replies that move conversations forward
  • Pipeline progression: every conversation has a next step; follow-ups happen without reminders
  • Demo & closing ability: you can run a clean call, uncover real constraints, and close
  • Partner activation & retention: partners you onboard actually use the product and keep using it
  • Signal generation: you surface what’s working and what isn’t, with recommendations

Baseline activity expectations (table stakes, not differentiators):

  • Newsletter: 15–25 personalized outreaches/day
  • Creators: 30–60 min/day of targeted outreach + follow-ups
  • Agencies: 25–45 personalized outreaches/day
  • CRM/Sheet updated daily with clear next steps

These volumes are easy to hit with the tooling we provide. Hitting them isn’t impressive. Falling short of them is disqualifying.

Interview Process

Apply on CVKeskus → Interview → References → Paid Trial → Full-Time Start

  • Apply: Submit your application through CVKeskus.
  • Interview: 30-minute call to discuss your experience, how you think about pipeline, and mutual fit.
  • References: Quick check with 1–2 people you’ve worked with.
  • Paid Trial (5 business days): You’ll run real outreach across all three channels with full access to our leads, tooling, and product materials. We evaluate on pipeline quality, closing behavior, and commercial signal, not vanity metrics.
  • Full-Time Start: If the trial goes well, you move straight into the full contract.

Paid Trial (5 Business Days)

You’ll get full access to our leads, tooling, and product materials and run real outreach across all three channels.

This isn’t a “get to know each other” week. We expect you to have at least one real commitment by Day 5. Newsletter placement booked, creator deal agreed, or agency pilot committed with a named first client.

We’ll also evaluate your pipeline discipline, follow-up cadence, demo quality, and commercial signal. Detailed criteria are shared before the trial starts so there are no surprises, but the bar is high. If you need ramp-up time to start producing, this isn’t the right fit.

Bonus:

  • Experience selling to agencies, running partner programs, newsletter buys, or creator partnerships
  • Familiarity with SEO / content / SaaS marketing

Requirements

  • Near-native written and spoken English (you’ll write outreach and run calls)
  • Proven record closing B2B deals (partnerships, affiliate, channel, or SaaS sales).
  • Comfortable running Zoom demos and handling objections live
  • Strong organization + follow-up discipline (you don’t let threads die)
  • Able to work autonomously with a revenue target and minimal process overhead

Compensation

Base: €3,500/month (full-time contract)

This is a contract engagement. All payments will be made to your OÜ (Estonian private limited company).

Performance bonus (revenue-based, uncapped):

  • 8% of net new MRR attributable to partnerships you close for the first 3 months of each partner’s customer revenue
  • Paid monthly based on collected revenue
  • Example: partners you close generate €5,000 net new MRR → bonus is €400/month for months 1–3 (total €1,200), and scales with performance

This role is designed to grow into Head of Partnerships if you build a repeatable engine.
