Job Description

Develop and implement the annual business plan for the Estonian market in alignment with company objectives and regional strategy
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and pricing strategies, providing recommendations to maximize business performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and industry stakeholders
Manage relationships with key retail accounts and distributors, including Selver, Rimi, Maxima, and other strategic customers
Lead commercial negotiations on annual agreements, pricing, promotions, listings, assortment expansion, and trading terms
Drive new product listings and ensure effective implementation of category development initiatives
Prepare sales forecasts, promotional plans, and annual account plans to achieve business targets
Monitor and optimize trade investments, promotional effectiveness, pricing, and profitability
Coordinate demand planning and ensure smooth cooperation with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and Marketing teams.
Monitor stock availability, order fulfillment, and service levels to customers
Conduct regular business reviews with customers, analyzing sales performance and identifying growth opportunities
Deliver monthly sales targets, revenue objectives, and profitability KPIs

Requirements

At least Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Logistics, Finance or other related field
Around 3 years in KAM position managing international clients
Estonian: Professional level proficiency
English: at least Intermediate level or higher
Very good knowledge of FMCG market for Estonia
Highly developed negotiation and commercial skills
Professional user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
