As Front-End Support Agent, you will help our customers with everything from simple IT issues such as password reset and guidance in our systems to more advanced technical support. You are a communicative person and enjoy managing customer relationships via telephone, e-mail, and our ticket system. You will monitor, review, and handle incoming cases through our ticket system with the help of our Back-End team and Support Manager.
Working hours: 11:00-19:30
Location: Tallinn, FORUM Business Center
