Key Responsibilities:
Manages day-to-day accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and maintains internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and publish accurate monthly, quarterly and annual management reports as well as financial statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare budgets and forecasts, track financial performance against projections, and analyze variances.
- Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor cash inflows and outflows, prepare cash flow projections, administer company loan agreements, and identify financial risks.
- Accounting Operations: Oversee general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, billing, and inventory accounting.
- Internal Controls & Compliance: Develop and monitor company policies, enforce internal controls to prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with local laws, tax codes, and financial standards (such as GAAP or IFRS).
- Audit & Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate external audits, work with tax advisors, and support the Group CFO and senior management with data-driven insights.
- Team support: Support management team with quality financial information and analysis. Promote financial information across the whole organization.
- Project: Lead key projects forcusing on cost optimization and increase of efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree in finance, economics or accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in controlling, and financial accounting
- Knowledge of international accounting standards and business processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system
- Native Estonian and English at C2 level; another foreign language is an advantage
- Proactive, analytical, results-oriented, communicative, independent and flexible
