YOUR ROLE

Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP ERP integration across engineering and production, ensuring accurate data flow, process standardization, and full traceability from raw materials to finished NdFeB magnets:

SAP Implementation (Manufacturing Scope): Production planning (PP) and Materials management (MM)
Engineering-to-Production Integration: Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings and process steps, Work centers and operations
Data Structure & Master Data Management: Material master data, Batch/lot tracking structure
Production Execution & Traceability
Enable full traceability: Production orders, Scrap and rework and Process stages

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Process / Mechanical Engineering OR Information Systems / ERP-related field
English language proficiency
Experience with SAP (PP/MM modules preferred), Understanding of manufacturing processes
Strong data structuring and system thinking
Ability to translate physical processes into system workflows
