Requirements
Excellent Finnish language skills, including writing;
Excellent telephone manner (communication, listening and social skills);
Positive attitude
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office; general hardware and software knowledge
Ability to obtain, verify, evaluate work assignments and provide necessary information for client
Good English language skills;
Being interested in technical support is an advantage
