Customer Experience Manager

• Develop and implement customer experience (CX) improvement initiatives.
•  Manage and monitor the operations, service quality KPIs, and customer satisfaction of two teams.
•  Coordinate with outsourced contact centers, courier partners, and internal teams to ensure high service standards.
•  Conduct quality checks, analyze customer feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
•  Prepare performance reports and support continuous improvement of customer service processes.

• Have a higher education degree.
•  Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or customer experience management.
•  Possess strong negotiation, teamwork, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
•  Have knowledge of the company’s products (considered an advantage).
•  Have excellent Estonian language skills and good command of English, both spoken and written.
•  Are proficient in MS Office applications.
•  Demonstrate independence, friendliness, responsibility, dedication, initiative, adaptability to change, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a professional attitude.
