You request and receive money owed to the company,
Keep track of the customer’s payment terms. Customers in our case are big companies, so it is purely B2B.
You send e-mail reminders and make telephone calls to the debtors, negotiate new payment schedules if needed.
All correspondence will be done in a polite and customer-oriented manner because maintaining sustainable relations with customers will ensure the success of our business.
English and German at C1 level (fluent). These are the working languages for the position.
Basic knowledge in Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook.
Experience with some business software is a plus.
Very good co-operation and team skills,
Sense of urgency, responsibility, time management.
Estonian or EU citizenship or a long term residence permit.
Full training for the position.
