Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement company’s commercial strategy in line with company objectives.
- Oversee sales, merchandising, and marketing activities to ensure strong market performance.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective customer and partner management.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead key client and contract negotiations.
- Define sales targets, pricing policies, and discount structures.
- Work in close cooperation with the logistics department to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the teams to achieve high performance and engagement.
Requirements

- Proven track record in a senior commercial or sales leadership role, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of sales channels, trade marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Results-driven, proactive, and collaborative approach to achieving business objectives.
