Baltics HR Director (maternity leave)

We are looking to fill the key position of

BALTICS HR DIRECTOR

Temporary for maternity leave period, located in Estonia or Latvia

You WILL be a strategic HR partner to Baltics management team and communicate actively with colleagues on local and corporate levels. You are taking care of HR in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, 400 employees and 9 locations and manage a team of four HR professionals in Baltics. You work out and implement HR plans and you ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and standard business practices. You have an energetic drive to make things happen by keeping the status quo at the same time. 

We want you to HAVE more than 5 years previous experience as HR Manager or HR Director in a medium or large sized international company and a degree in HR. You know the culture of Baltics people and have hands on practical Lean mindset with long term view. You have value-based approach, love automation and have previous experience with HRIS implementation, preferably Workday. You speak fluent English and Estonian or Latvian. If you have a good business acumen, you are a team player and consider yourself a dynamic and quick-witted enthusiastic professional with excellent communication and proactive problem solving skills, then we are looking for you!
