Cafe Manager

Your main responsibilities include:

• You create an inspiring and attractive café environment with a unique local feeling for the guests.
• You organize and plan the café according to the café concept.
• You implement, protect, follow up and develop the café concept together with the Store Experience Manager.
• Together with your team, you prepare food and work as a Barista.
• You support, motivate and lead your team to increase sales.
• You always lead by example.

• You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way.
• You enjoy working with a diverse team.

• You have the ability to overview, plan, organise and prioritise yours and your team’s work.
• You like creating structure, working with numbers and analysing of sales figures.
• You are flexible and a problem solver who dares to take initiative to find the best solution.
• You have proven leadership skills, minimum of two years of experience of managing a Café and a good understanding of profitability.
• You have experience as a Barista.
