GET READY TO:
- Proactively contact existing clients by phone and encourage them to actively use the bank's products and services.
- Present the bank's products and services in a professional and engaging way, highlighting their benefits and value to clients.
- Consistently work towards personal and team sales goals while identifying new opportunities to engage our clients.
- Maintain accurate client information and responsibly manage data in the bank's systems according to established requirements.
- Represent Citadele Bank at events and other customer-facing activities when required.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is required.
- Experience in the financial sector is considered an advantage.
- You enjoy communicating with people, can build trust, and are confident speaking with clients over the phone while staying motivated to achieve results.
- You can clearly express your thoughts and communicate persuasively.
- You are able to work independently, follow processes and meet deadlines.
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a high volume of outbound calls.
- Estonian language proficiency is required. Russian language skills are considered an advantage.
- Experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is required.
- Experience in the financial sector is considered an advantage.
