Kitchen-maid

Dishwasher :

• Wash and dry dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Sort and properly store clean dishes.
• Participate in general kitchen maintenance (cleaning floors, work surfaces, trash bins, etc.).
• Comply with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist the kitchen team with simple tasks if needed.

The Chef de Partie : is responsible for a specific section within the kitchen brigade. They ensure the preparation, execution, and service of dishes in their section while respecting quality standards, hygiene rules, and service deadlines.

Commis Kitchen : Assist the front-of-house and kitchen teams in preparation, setup, service, and cleaning to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

This is an important intermediate role between the Sous Chef and the kitchen assistants. It requires technical expertise, organization, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Competitive salary and potential bonuses: 1400€ net/month plus a 300€/month bonus paid at the end of the full contract period.

• Competitive salary and possible bonuses: 1,900€ net per month plus a 300€ monthly bonus paid at the successful completion of the contract
