Junior Software Testing Specialist to Non-Life Insurance area

• Take part in our exciting traineeship program Kick start your career;

• Test functionality developed in-house and customer facing applications as well as backend services (for 3 Baltic states, used by thousands of clients who would like to have peace of mind);

• Learn Non-Life Insurance area (car, home and credit card insurance);

• Help the team to test the functionality manually and try out how to create automated testing solutions;

• Be part of different type of developments (new product launch, technical upgrades etc.);

• Work together with awesome and supportive team mates in international team;

• Drive innovations within the team and beyond;

• Attend traineeship from beginning of March until 31.12.2026 full time.

• Open to learn insurance product specifics; 

• Proactive, team and solution-oriented mindset; 

• Analytical mindset (‘Why is our favorite question’); 

• Big motivation to learn and stay up to date in IT industry;

• Collaboration and communication skills; 

• Proficient English, spoken and written; 

• Education in IT field (or relevant previous job experience).

Additional skills nice to have: 

• PL/SQL, Java;  

• Git, Gradle, Github Actions, IntelliJ etc; 

• Agile / Scrum development experience; 

• Maintenance skills:  technical investigation and communication with users; 

• Insurance domain knowledge.
