Junior IT specialist

As a Junior IT Specialist at Olympic Entertainment Group, you will work towards ensuring the maximum uninterrupted uptime of IT equipment, perform effective and continuous maintenance of IT equipment according to the set goals along with advising IT users and solving their problems and/or organizing the solution in Helpdesk system.

In more detail:

• Software installation and configuration of new workstations.
• Prevention of IT failures through scheduled maintenance.
• Documentation of settings and hardware in the information system and contributing to the development of the information system.
• Participation in the development of IT best practices, documentation and dissemination.
• Participation in IT SOS support service provision.

• At least 1 year of work experience in IT, Helpdesk, or system administration. 
• Good knowledge of Windows operating system, computer hardware and electronics and knowledge of components.
• Fluency in Estonian and English is mandatory.
• Category B driving license is recommended and an advantage.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
