About The Role

The Lead Therapist & Treatment Manager is the on-the-floor guardian of treatment quality, therapist readiness, and the seamless flow of wellness within the retreat experience.

Blending hands-on delivery with calm leadership, this role ensures treatments are delivered with precision, presence, and care—while fostering a high-performing, grounded therapist team.

Working closely with the General Manager and wider retreat team, you will help shape an unhurried, deeply considered guest experience.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
Senior experience in a luxury spa, retreat, or therapeutic setting
Multi-skilled across facials, body treatments, and massage
Proven ability to lead while delivering hands-on treatments
Highly organised, calm under pressure, and emotionally intelligent
A natural commitment to quality, simplicity, and depth of service

Role Details

Full-time, on-site role
Includes mornings, evenings, and weekends in line with retreat rhythm
A balance of hands-on treatments, leadership, and coordination
